Fostering gender diversity

The Banque Populaire du Sud (BPS) is a cooperative organization located in Southern France, specializing in banking and financial services.

Challenge
Empowering women to break the glass ceiling

The HR Director, supported by the Executive Committee, expressed their desire to actively support their high potential female managers in both their career development and leadership. The goal was to empower them, unleash their potential, support them in the discovery of their own leadership style, and to promote overall gender balance within the organization.

“Dare your own leadership”

The iNNERSHiP program "Women & Leadership" was first deployed as a pilot, with the first cohort made up of female BPS managers and directors. These leaders went through a blended coaching experience, lasting over a four month period. Co-development workshops, individual coaching and a gamified digital pathway enabled them to explore their self-awareness, social stereotypes, cultural obstacles and opportunities. Following the successful impact of the pilot, the programme was extended to other female BPS leaders.
